Abstract: |
The source of the impurities in the nickel-system butadiene rubber(NdBR) device was determined by simulation polymerization reaction, the influence of the catalyst dosage on the accuracy of the detection results of the simulation experiment was studied, the error sources of the simulation experiment and solutions were discussed. The results showed that increasing the catalyst dosage of simulation experiments could offset experimental errors caused by sampling and environmental changes, when the catalyst dosage ratio was 4 times the device actual production, the polymerization reaction strength in the device could be determined by the reaction start-up time and monomer conversion rate. This method could also provide reference for monitoring the stable operation of the device. |
