Abstract: |
Study the effects of plasticizers dioctyl phthalate(DOP),trioctyl trimellitate(TOTM)and methyl fluorosilicone oil on the rheological properties, vulcanization characteristics, physical properties and low-temperature resistance of the low-temperature fluororubber (hereinafter referred to as fluororubber). The results showed that the addition of DOP,TOTM and methyl fluorosilicone oil could improve the flowability of the fluororubber compound, and the extruded surface of the fluororubber compound with methyl fluorosilicone oil was smoother. The Fmax-FL of fluororubber compound with added methyl fluorosilicone oil was larger, the tensile strength of the vulcanizate was higher, and the high-temperature compression permanent set was smaller. The low-temperature resistance of the fluororubber vulcanizates with DOP and TOTM had a little change.Adding methyl fluorosilicone oil could improve the low-temperature resistance of the fluororubber vulcanizate, reduce the brittleness temperature by 4 ℃,and increase the compression cold resistance coefficient. |
