Abstract: |
The effects of silica amounts, peroxide BIBP and crosslinking agent TAIC amounts of sulfur/peroxide BIBP blending co-vulcanization system, foaming rates and pre-vulcanization temperatures and time on the properties of butadiene styrene rubber(SBR) foaming materials were investigated. The results showed that,as the silica amounts increased, the tensile stress at 100% elongation, tensile strength, static stiffness and dynamic/static stiffness ratio of SBR foam material increased, while the elongation at break decreased. As the peroxide BIBP and crosslinking coagent TAIC amount increased, the tensile strength, elongation at break, compression set and dynamic/static stiffness ratio of SBR foam material decreased, while the tensile stress at 100% elongation and static stiffness increased. As the foaming ratio increased, the static stiffness of SBR foam material decreased and the dynamic/static stiffness ratio increased. When the pre-vulcanization temperature was 125 ℃ and the pre-vulcanization time was 16 min,the vibration reduction properties of SBR foam material was optimal, the pore diameter was smaller and pore distribution was uniform. |
