Abstract: |
In order to improve the automation level of small and short wrapped V-belt vulcanization,a four-workstation vulcanization equipment for wrapped V-belt was developed.In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional vulcanization equipment for wrapped V-belt,the four workstations of setting,vulcanizing,cooling and demoulding were uniformly set on the rotating disc base to realize the continuous and synchronous of the four processes.Meanwhile,the demoulding manipulator was introduced in the demoulding workstation to replace the manual to complete the demoulding and mold transfer.The vulcanization equipment improved the automation level of wrapped V-belt vulcanization,reduced the labor intensity of workers,and realized continuous vulcanization,which could shorten the opening time of the vulcanization autoclave,speed the temperature rise up,and reduce the steam consumption to contribute to the energy saving production.This design could provide a reference for the fully automatic vulcanization production of wrapped V-belt. |
