Abstract: |
The effect of natural rubber(NR) types and NR/isoprene rubber(IR) blending ratios on the properties of shock-absorbing rubber materials was studied.The results showed that compared with NR smoked sheet vulcanizate,constant viscosity CV60 vulcanizate had better physical properties,but the dynamic and static stiffness ratio was slightly larger.When the NR(CV60)/IR blending ratio was 30/70,the NR/IR blends had excellent physical properties and hot air aging resistance,smaller compression set,but slightly larger dynamic and static stiffness,which met the requirements of high-performance shock-absorbing rubber compound. |
