| Aiming to 12R22.5 all-steel truck and bus radial tire，the digitalization upgrade of the building equipment of the tire was carried out，and the front management research of the uniformity and dynamic balance performances of the tire was conducted.The front management of the uniformity and dynamic balance performance of the tire was advanced from the vulcanization of the tire to the building of the tire.The feeding structures of the tread was controlled by using the tread length measurement system and its automatic adjustment function to ensure the tread length.The on line laser scanning device was used to scan the contour of the green tire，control the center radial runout，joint quality and circumference of the green tire，and so on，the uniformity and dynamic balance performance of the tire were improved. |
