Abstract: |
The vulcanization characteristics,physical properties and conductivity performance of the pre-dispersion multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)/ethylene-propylene-diene rubber(EPDM)composites were studied by using the conductive filler of the pre-dispersion MWCNTs.The results showed that compared with the MWCNTs/EPDM composite,thet90 of the pre-dispersed MWCNTs/EPDM composite was significantly shorted,and the Mooney viscosity decreased,vulcanization efficiency and the well of processing properties increased.The tensile strength,elongation at break,tear strength and compressive set of the pre-dispersed MWCNTs/EPDM composite increased,and the stress at 100% elongation and rebound value decreased.The pre-dispersed MWCNTs/EPDM composite had more obvious conductive percolation phenomenon,and its conductive performance was improved. |
