Abstract:
      Study on reinforcing indexes [ratio of 300% elongation stress to 100% elongation stress(M300/M100)] of vulcanizates filled with carbon black with different specific surface area,structure,and dispersibility carbon black.The results showed that the larger the specific surface area of carbon black with the same structure,the larger the M300/M100 of the vulcanizate;The lower the structure of carbon black with the same specific surface area,the larger the M300/M100 of the vulcanized rubber;The better the dispersion of the same carbon black,the larger the M300/M100 of the vulcanizate.When used M300/M100 to evaluate the interaction between carbon black and rubber,it must be carried out under the premise that carbon black had the same specific surface area,structure,and dispersion state;Although the interaction between carbon black and rubber could be characterized by reverse phase gas chromatography and binding rubber content,M300/M100 was simple and easy to obtain,and could be used under limited conditions.
