Abstract: |
Polyflow software was used to perform finite element simulation analysis of the screw functional component areas(including to shear rotor,meshing rotor,kneading disc and helical gear)of a self-designed twin-screw extruder for recycled rubber.The result showed that the pressure of the waste compound at the gap between the top of the shear rotor and the barrel was larger,the pressure of the waste compound at the meshing part of the meshing rotor meshing was greater.At the kneading disc,as the axial flow of the waste compound,the shear force and extrusion force of the waste compound gradually increase.The pressure of the waste compound at meshing part of the helical gear was greater. |
