Abstract: |
The surface modification of polyester fibers(PET) was carried out using a meta cresol formaldehyde latex(CFL) impregnation system and a capped waterborne polyurethane(WPUL) impregnation system.The effect of environmentally friendly adhesive PN760(abbreviated as PN760) on the properties of styrene butadiene rubber(SBR) and PET/SBR was investigated.The results showed that PN760 had little effect on the processing safety performance of SBR rubber,reduced vulcanization efficiency,and had little effect on the physical properties of vulcanized rubber.PN760 had a significant improvement effect on the adhesion performance of PET/SBR composites treated with CFL and WPUL impregnation systems.When the dosage of PN760 was 4 phr,the adhesion performance of the composite material was the best.Compared with CFL impregnation system,the adhesion performance of PET/SBR composites treated with WPUL impregnation system was slightly weaker. |
