Abstract:
      The hot air and lubricating grease accelerated aging tests of nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR)vulcanizate were carried out by the simulating working condition of oil seals.The results showed that,as the increasing hot air and lubricating grease aging time,the mechanical properties of NBR vulcanizate gradually decreased.The mechanical property loss of NBR vulcanizate soaked in air isolated lubricating grease was smaller,while the mechanical property loss of NBR vulcanizate soaked in non air isolated lubricating grease was relatively larger,because there was a significant phenomenon of rubber molecular chain cracking in NBR vulcanizate.The acidity of lubricating grease directly affects the mechanical properties of NBR vulcanizate,and the acidity of lubricating grease could accelerate the double bond cracking of rubber molecular main chain of NBR vulcanizate.
