Abstract:
      The lignin grafting silica(SiO2) hybrid filler(recorded as lignin@SiO2) was prepared by grafting polymerization of lignin modified with silane coupling agent KH550 and SiO2 modified with silane coupling agent KH560.The lignin@SiO2/natural rubber(NR) composites were prepared using green chemical wet mixing process,and the effect of lignin/SiO2 dosage ratios of the lignin@SiO2 on the lignin@SiO2/NR properties was studied.The results showed that,with the increasing of lignin/SiO2 dosage ratio of the lignin@SiO2,the t10 and t90 of the lignin@SiO2/NR composite were shortened,the Shore A hardness presented a decreasing trend.The lignin@SiO2/NR composite with lignin/SiO2 dosage ratio of 6/9 had the largest tensile strength and the smaller DIN wear,which were 27.6 MPa and 101.42 mm3,respectively.The lignin@SiO2/NR composite with lignin/SiO2 dosage ratio of 12/3 had the largest tensile elongation and larger tear strength,which were 587% and 83 kN·m-1,respectively.The absolute values of the tensile strength change rate and elongation at break change rate of the lignin@SiO2/NR composite showed a decreasing trend after hot air aging.The lignin@SiO2/NR composite with lignin/SiO2 dosage ratio of 3/12 had better wet slip resistance and lower rolling resistance.
