Abstract: |
Basalt fiber powder(BFP) were prepared by ball milling method and was used as reinforcing filler. The effects of BFP dosage on the vulcanization characteristics, physical properties, microscopic morphology characteristics, crosslinking density, high temperature thermal stability and thermal conductivity of BFP/fluororubber(FEPM) composites were studied. The results showed that the particle size distribution of BFP was wide, and the particle size was in the range of nanometer to micron.BFP was uniformly distributed in the FEPM matrix, without agglomeration, with good compatibility, and toughening and reinforcing effects were obvious. With the increase of BFP dosage, the FL of the compound changed little, the Fmax and Fmax-FL increased,thet10 and t90 increased first and then decreased,Shore A hardness, modulus, tensile strength, crosslinking density and thermal conductivity of the vulcanizate increased, the elongation at break increased first and then decreased, and the high temperature thermal stability decreased slightly. |
