Abstract:
      A multi-stage screw continuous desulfurization equipment was used to prepare different types of the recycled rubber from broken rubber powder in different parts of waste tires,and the effects of the desulfurization extruder process parameters on the properties of the recycled rubber and its compound were studied.The results showed that,the sort of the rubber powder from advantage to disadvantage of the performance of the recycled rubber was tread rubber powder,tire top(excluding sidewall) rubber powder and full tire rubber powder.As the temperature of the desulfurization extruder increased,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the recycled rubber compound had a little change.As the screw speed of the desulfurization extruder increased,the Mooney viscosity of the recycled rubber first increased and then decreased,while the current of the desulfurization extruder decreased.As the output of the recycled rubber increased,the current of the desulfurization extruder increased,and the Mooney viscosity of the recycled rubber decreased.The current of the refining extruder increased,and the Mooney viscosity of the recycled rubber increased.In the process of preparing the recycled rubber by desulfurization of the waste tire powder,at different sampling times,the fluctuation of Mooney viscosity of recycled rubber was small,and the current of the refining extruder was basically stable,indicating that the extrusion process of the desulfurization extruder and the quality of recycled rubber were relatively stable.
