Abstract: |
A fluid dynamic lubrication model for the circle-ellipse vertical composite microporous texture(referred to as composite texture) of the end-face seal device of internal mixer was established, and the influences of the texture parameters and operating conditions parameters on the friction performance of the composite texture were studied. The results showed that when the depth(hp) of the composite texture was 5 μm,the composite texture end-face seal device had the best antifriction performance. When the area ratio of the composite texture(Sp) was 43.96%,the average dimensionless pressure of the composite texture(Pav) was maximum and the friction coefficient(μ) was minimum. The μ of the composite texture increased as the rotor speed(n) and lubricating oil viscosity increased(η).When the seal gap(h0) was 3 and 6 μm,the Pav of the composite textures increased with increase of the n和η.Under different n和η,the Pav and μof the composite texture decreased with increase of the h0. |
