| Abstract: |
| Effect of silicone lotion amounts on properties of natural rubber（NR）/styrene butadiene rubber（SBR） blends was studied.The results showed that，the Mooney viscosity and FL of NR/SBR blend decreased with the increase of silicone lotion amount，indicating that silicone lotion could improve the processability of blend.The t10 and t90 of NR/SBR blend were both shortened with the increase of silicon lotion amount，indicating that silicone lotion could reduce the processing safety of blend，but could increase the curing rate of blend.The tensile strength，elongation at break，tear strength，DIN abrasion and Payne effect of NR/SBR blend increased first and then decreased with the increase of silicon lotion amount.When silicon lotion amount was 6.8 phr，the physical properties，wear resistance and carbon black dispersion of NR/SBR blend were the best. |
