Abstract:
      he effect of sulfur vulcanization systems on the properties of natural rubber(NR) was studied using accelerator CBS amounts as variables.The results showed that with the increases of accelerator CBS amount,the F max and F maxFL of the compound increased, t10 and t90 decreased,the compression heat generation of the vulcanizate was the lowest,and the compression deformation was smaller.The tensile performance of the vulcanizate with efficient sulfur vulcanization system with accelerator CBS amount of 2.5 phr was the best,and the tanδ peak value of the vulcanizate with efficient sulfur vulcanization system with accelerator CBS amount of 3 phr was the minimum.At temperatures above 90 ℃,the thermal conductivities of semi effective sulfur vulcanization systems with accelerator CBS was amounts of 2 and 2.5 phr were higher.
