Abstract: |
Simulation analysis and experimental research on the spatial magnetic field distribution of the multipole magnetic rubber encoder were carried out based on the spatial magnetic field distribution theory. The variation rule of magnetic induction intensity in the air gap height direction and radial direction was obtained, which proved the accuracy of the simulation analysis. The simulation results of the influence of the magnetic pole pairs, the thickness and the width of the magnetic rubber layer on the magnetic induction intensity of the multipole magnetic rubber encoder could provide guidance for the design of multipole magnetic rubber encoders. |
