Abstract: |
The effects of the blend ratio of natural rubber latex/butyl rubber latex and the amount of vulcanization reinforcement package(calculated by dry weight) on the properties of the blend latex and its vulcanized film were studied by a completely randomized experiment.The results showed that,the viscosity of the blend latex increased gradually with the prolongation of parking time,and the airtightness of the blend latex vulcanized film increased with the increase of butyl latex proportion.When the natural rubber latex amount was 100 phr,the butyl rubber latex amount was 5.42 phr and the vulcanization reinforcement package amount was 2.65 phr,the tensile strength of the vulcanized blend latex film could reach about 24 MPa. |
