Abstract: |
Four types of hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR) with different acrylonitrile contents were
selected to study the effect of acrylonitrile content on the oil resistance and low temperature resistance of
HNBR. The results showed that with the increase of acrylonitrile content, the tensile strength and tear strength
of HNBR vulcanizate increased, the compression permanent deformations increased after 4069 hydraulic
oil immersion and hot air aging, the glass transition temperature and temperature for 10% low temperature
shrinkage increased, the -45 ℃ compression cold resistance coefficient decreased, and the low temperature
resistance became worse. |
