Abstract: |
Taking the assembled sealing strip as example,the design dominants for the sealing strip of the power battery package include development system and classification,sections design,performance requirement,material selection,positioning accuracy and dimension tolerance.The contacting forces between the upper and lower surfaces of the sealing strip were greater than 0.01 MPa,sealing strip achieved safety sealing,and the sealing level reached IPX7.The optimal selection for main material of the sealing strip rubber material was ethylene-propylene-diene rubber(EPDM),and the dimension tolerance of the sealing strip adopted M1 level,the partition adopted positioning method. |
