Abstract: |
ANFs pre-dispersion was prepared with aramid nanofibers(ANFs) and nitrile latex as raw materials, and then added to nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR) to prepare ANFs/NBR composites(NBR compound). The effect of ANFs amount on the properties of NBR compound was investigated. The results showed that when the amount of ANFs was 4 phr,the processing safety property of the NBR compound was the best, the crosslinking density, tensile stress at 100% elongation, tensile stress at 300% elongation and tear strength of the NBR vulcanizate were the highest, the oil resistance was the best, and the peak value of tanδ was the smallest. With the increase of the amount of ANFs,the Payne effect of the NBR compound and vulcanizate was gradually enhanced, and the G′ of the NBR vulcanizate in the temperature range of 20~100 ℃ gradually increased. |
