Abstract: |
By modifying the hydrophilicity of carbon black with ozone,the properties of ozone modified carbon black/natural rubber(NR) wet mixed composites were studied.The results showed that compared with carbon black,the ozone modified carbon black had increased surface oxygen-containing functional groups and enhanced hydrophilicity,making it more suitable for the wet mixing process of NR composites.When the mass fraction of ozone modified carbon black slurry was 0.08,the wear resistance of the composite was significantly improved,the rolling resistance was reduced,and the overall performance was better. |
