Abstract: |
The surface modification treatment of chloroprene rubber(CR)(vulcanizate) was carried out using sulfuric acid acidified potassium permanganate(KMnO4) solution(H+/KMnO4 solution).The effects of KMnO4 mass fraction,pH value,and temperature on the properties,chemical composition and roughness of CR surface and the adhesive property between CR surface and flame retardant coating were studied.The results showed that the CR surface treated with H+/KMnO4 solution was rough and a large number of oxygen-containing groups were generated,which improved the adhesive property between CR surface and flame retardant coating.The optimal treatment conditions for CR surface with H+/KMnO4 solution were KMnO4 mass fraction of 5%,pH value of 1.44 and temperature of 60 ℃. |
