Abstract: |
Based on the nonlinear viscoelastic theory and thermal-mechanical coupled finite element
analysis method, the performance matching between the fine-particle filled epoxy resin composite coating
(referred to as composite coating) and the base steel plate on ship surface under high and low temperature
working conditions was studied. The results showed that the composite coating could maintain a good match
with the base steel plate under high and low temperature working conditions. It was found that the differences
in temperature and heat flux of the composite coating were large at high temperatures, and the temperature
transfer gradient of the composite coating decreased at low temperatures. The composite coating was more
likely to fail under low temperatures than under high temperatures. This study also provided theoretical
guidance for the performance matching analysis of other composite coatings and base steel plates under high
and low temperature working conditions and the formulation optimization of composite coatings. |
