Abstract: |
The intermediate of poly methyl methacrylate-hydroxypropyl methacrylate (PMMAHMA)
active resin was prepared by continuous solution polymerization, the silane modified acrylic resin
(SMA) solution was obtained by modification of the intermediate using vinyl triethoxysilane(KH-151),
and the primer for the adhesion enhancement between silane modified polyether(MS) sealant and concrete
was produced. The effect of KH-151 content on the hydrophobicity of SMA and the adhesion between MS
sealant and concrete specimen was studied. The results showed that KH-151 was successfully copolymerized
with acrylic resin, and the hydrophobicity of SMA and the adhesion between MS and concrete increased with
the increase of KH-151 content. When the mass fraction of KH-151 relative to PMMA-HMA was 8%,MS
sealant-concrete specimen could pass the tensile test after water-immersion. |
