Abstract: |
The calculation formula of the cavity direction static stiffness of the rubber hydraulic ball joint with cavity structure for rail vehicle was obtained by simplifying the deformation of the rubber body to plane strain. The effectiveness of the formula was verified based on the experimental and finite element simulation results,and the recommended scope of application of the formula was presented. Adopting the calculation formula of the cavity direction static stiffness could effectively speed up the design of the rubber hydraulic
ball joint and shorten the product development cycle. It had guiding significance for the development of the rubber hydraulic ball joints for rail vehicles and other rubber products with cavity structure. |
