Abstract: |
Natural rubber(NR) is an important strategic material related to people’s livelihood, medical
treatment, aerospace technology and national defense. During the formation of the long chain of NR
molecules,cis-isopentenyl transferase(CPT) is the key enzyme that determines its formation. CPT can
interact with a variety of proteins on the rubber particles and regulate the activity of the proteins, thereby
further participating in rubber biosynthesis. The study of CPT in rubber-producing plants not only helps to
accurately analyze the mechanism of rubber biosynthesis, but also provides the theoretical basis and technical
support for the molecular breeding of rubber-producing plants and the diversified development of the rubber
industry. |
