Abstract: |
The effect of accelerator dosage and accelerator blending on the tensile modulus stability of
tire compounds under small strain was studied. The results showed that, after the hot air aging, the growth
rate of the tensile modulus at 20% strain(20% tensile modulus for short) of the compound increased with the
increase of accelerator CBS dosage, and the decline rate could be effectively reduced by partially replacing
accelerator CBS with accelerator DTDM. However, after the tensile fatigue aging, the decline rate of the 20%
tensile modulus of the compound decreased with the increase of accelerator CBS dosage, which increased by
partially replacing accelerator CBS with accelerator DTDM. |
