Abstract: |
The reinforcing effect of Nasili in chlorinated polyethylene rubber(CM) compound was studied
and compared with other reinforcing fillers(carbon black N330,carbon black N550,silica,kaolin,talc and
calcium carbonate). The results showed that the compound with 60 phr of Nasili had better comprehensive
properties. The reinforcing effect of Nasili was slightly worse than that of carbon black N330,carbon black
N550 and silica and better than that of kaolin and calcium carbonate,and the elongation at break of the
compound reinforced with Nasili was relatively large. The properties of YZW type cable jacket prepared
by partially replacing carbon black N550 with Nasili (the dosage ratio of carbon black N550/nanosilicon
was 7/5) were better,which met the requirements of national standard,and at the same time,the working
environment for compound mixing was improved and the production cost of the compound was reduced. |
