Abstract: |
Based on the shortcoming of insufficient vertical tensile capacity of the isolation rubber bearing,the tensile properties and post-stretching mechanical properties of the isolation rubber bearing were experimentally studied. The results showed that the yield tensile stress of the bearing could reach 2. 0~2.7 MPa according to the shear modulus of the compound,the ultimate tensile stress was about 5 MPa,and the ultimate tensile strain was about 350%. After uniaxial tension,the conventional mechanical properties of the bearing changed little,and the vertical compression limit and horizontal shear limit properties of the bearing could be well maintained,demonstrating good functionality and safety. |
