Abstract:
      A method for the determination of accelerator TMTD content in rubber by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector(HPLC-DAD) was studied.The best test steps obtained were as follows:the rubber sample was extracted by ultrasonic with acetone for 30 min twice at room temperature,the extraction solution was combined,fixed volume and filtered,then eluted with acetonitrile/water with a volume ratio of 50/50 as the mobile phase,and which was detected at DAD wavelength of 215 nm using HPLC-DAD.When the mass concentration of accelerator TMTD of standard working solution was in the range of 0.5~10 mg·L-1,the linear correlation coefficient of standard working curve was 0.999 8,the spiked recovery of the blank sample was greater than 81% in the blank sample,and the detection low limit was 2.0 mg·kg-1.
