Abstract: |
MMI modified GO(MMI-GO) was prepared by organically modifying(reducing) graphene oxide(GO)with water-soluble 2-mercapto-1-methylimidazole(MMI),while ascorbic acid(VC)reduced GO( rGO)was used as the control sample. GO/natural rubber( NR)composites were prepared by latex mixing of the modified GO and NR latex, and the effect of GO dosage on the properties of the composites was studied. The results showed that GO was successfully modified by MMI. As the GO dosage increased, the hardness, tear strength and thermal conductivity of the GO/NR composites increased. Compared with rGO/NR composites, the crosslinking density of MMI-GO/NR composites was higher, the dispersion of GO in NR matrix was better, the hardness and tear strength were higher, and the thermal conductivity was better. |
