Abstract: |
The feasibility of producing high-quality lubricating base oil with two catalyst schemes was evaluated by using a pilot plant and minus fourth-line distillate oil as raw material. The results showed that,by using catalyst scheme A of three-stage high-pressure hydrogenation process,5cst and 10cst lubricating base oils which met the index requirements of Q/SY 44—2009 were obtained under the selected conditions, their yields were 17. 96% and 45. 14%,respectively,but the 280~360 ℃ fraction could not met the index requirements of 2sct lubricating base oil,and it could be used as the base oil for transformer oil.By using catalyst scheme B of three-stage hydrogenation process, the obtained lubricating base oils met the index requirements, and under the selected conditions, the yields of 2cst,5cst and 10cst lubricating base oil were 9. 01%,14. 56% and 37. 17%,respectively. |
