Abstract: |
In this study, the surface functionalized kaolin with allyl function groups (kaolin-KH570)
was prepared by modification of the hydroxylated kaolin(kaolin-OH) using silane coupling agent KH570,
and the kaolin-KH570/acrylate composite pressure sensitive adhesive (kaolin-KH570/acrylate PSA) which
could be used as an efficient cleaner for the surface of insulators was produced by in situ polymerization of
acrylate monomers with kaolin-KH570. The results showed that, when the mass fraction of kaolin-KH570
was 1. 5%,the bonding performance of kaolin-KH570/acrylate PSA was the best, and compared with
acrylate PSA without kaolin, its initial tackiness,180° peel strength and 23 ℃ shear adhesion were increased
by 35. 7%,30. 7% and 128. 6%,respectively. After kaolin-KH570/acrylate PSA film was used to clean the
surface of the insulators, the cleaning rate and salt removal rate of the insulator surface could reach 85. 8%
and 80. 6%,respectively,at the same time the hydrophobicity could be restored from HC6 to HC1,insulation
property could be improved, and the operational reliability of the composite insulation equipment under dirty
conditions could be further improved. |
