Abstract: |
Bisphenol A content in vulcanizates was determined with gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS) method. The effects of sample pretreatment conditions on the test results were studied, and the optimal test conditions of GC-MS/MS were discussed. The results showed that by using acetone to prepare a standard solution with a mass concentration of bisphenol A of 10~1 000 μg·L-1,the correlation coefficient of the obtained working curve was larger than 0. 992 and the linear relationship was good. The detection limit of this method was 0. 1 mg·kg-1,the quantitation limit was 0. 3 mg·kg-1,the average recoveries were in the range of 90.9% ~105.1% at three tested addition levels of bisphenol A (0. 5,1 and 5 mg·kg-1),and the relative standard deviation was less than 5%. GC-MS/MS method was suitable for the analysis of bisphenol A content in different parts of tires. |
