Abstract:
      Deep eutectic solvent(DES) was used for desulfurization modification of the surface of waste tire rubber powder under the heating conditions of 90 ℃×1 h and 160 ℃×5 min and 1 kW microwave treatment for 1. 5 min respectively,and the application of the modified rubber powder in styrene butadiene rubber(SBR) was studied.The results showed that DES could selectively desulfurize rubber powder. Amino groups appeared on the surface of the modified rubber powder,and the bonding strength between the modified rubber powder and SBR matrix increased.Compared with the SBR vulcanizate filled with unmodified rubber powder,the crosslinking density of the SBR vulcanizate filled with modified rubber powder increased and the tensile properties were improved,indicating that the application effect of modified rubber powder was better.
