Abstract: |
The causes of the sidewall solid bulge of 385/95R25 all-steel off-the-road radial tire specialized for crane were analyzed, and the solutions were put forward.Through X-ray detection, circumferential cutting section analysis and test verification,it was determined that the main cause of the sidewall solid bulge was that the joint overlap of the rubber parts exceeded the index requirements. By controlling the overlap of the sidewall joint within the range of 0 ~ 2 mm,adjusting the joint cutting from vertical cutting(cutting angle=90°) to oblique cutting(cutting angle≤30°),strictly monitoring the process, and implementing special bulging detection methods, the problem of sidewall solid bulge was basically solved. |
