Abstract: |
Effects of the particle size, dosage and modification of The effects of the particle size, dosage and modification of kyanite tailings on properties
of natural rubber (NR) compounds were studied. The results showed that when the unmodified kyanite
tailings particle size [D90 (the cumulative distribution particle size of 90%)] was 2. 75 μm and the dosage
was 50 phr,the comprehensive physical properties of the NR vulcanizates were the best. TheFL and Fmax of
the NR compounds with the kyanite tailings(the particle size was 2. 75 μm) modified by various modifiers
(stearic acid,aluminate,palmitic acid and coupling agent KH-550) increased,and among them,the t10 and
t90 of the NR compound with the kyanite tailings modified by coupling agent KH-550 were shortened, the
tensile stress at 300% elongation, tensile strength and tear strength of the NR vulcanizate were the highest,
which were 9. 8 MPa,24. 3 MPa and 42 kN·m-1, respectively. Kyanite tailings modified by coupling agent
KH-550 had better bonding with NR,and the tear section of the NR vulcanizate was rough and dense. |
