Abstract: |
The track pin rubber rings with two formulas(40 and 50 phr of carbon black)and three types of structure( rectangle,trapezoid and circular arc)were designed to study the influence of formulas and structures on their fatigue life. The results showed that,the fatigue life of the track pin rubber ring with small amount of carbon black was longer than that with large amount of carbon black. The stress on both sides of the rubber ring with circular arc structure was lower than that of the rubber ring with rectangular structure,and the stress distribution of arc rubber ring with the circular arc structure was relatively uniform. Moreover,the root stress of the rubber ring with the circular arc structure was lower than that of the rubber ring with trapezoidal structure. In general,the fatigue life of the track pin rubber ring with small amount of carbon black for formula and circular arc structure was long. |
