Abstract: |
In view of the lack of sealing of the waste transfer container in the transfer process, the
structural parameters of the sealing strip were optimized. The finite element analysis software Ansys was
used to model, mesh and establish boundary conditions for the sealing strip. The stress and strain of the
sealing strip with different cross-sectional shapes were analyzed, and the structure and size of the sealing
strip were optimized. The loading operation results showed that the contact length of the optimized sealing
strip increased by 44. 3%,the maximum internal stress and contact stress decreased by 46. 0% and 60. 2%,
respectively, the durability and sealing performance were improved, and the cost was reduced. |
