Abstract: |
The properties of nitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR),hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber(HNBR) and nitrile-butadiene-butylacrylate rubber(BNBR) with similar acrylonitrile content were compared, especially the low temperature resistance and oil resistance. The results showed that HNBR vulcanizate had higher strength and lower elasticity due to HNBR’s higher molecular chain regularity. Compared with NBR vulcanizate, the physical properties of BNBR vulcanizate were slightly better. Among the three vulcanizates of rubber with nitrile group, the low temperature resistance of BNBR and NBR vulcanizates were better, and the oil resistance of HNBR vulcanizate was better. |
