Abstract: |
The effect of sulfur/accelerator (TBBS) dosage ratio on the properties of nitrile rubber
(NBR)compound was studied. The results showed that, with the decrease of sulfur/accelerator dosage ratio,
the Mooney viscosity,t10 and FL of the mixed compound changed little,t90 was shortened first and then was
extended,FmaxandFmax-FLdecreased gradually,the hardness,modulus,tensile strength and tear strength
of the vulcanizate decreased gradually, and the elongation at break and rebound value increased gradually.
The sulfur/accelerator dosage ratio had little effect on the test results of dynamic property measurement
of the mixed compound in the frequency scanning test or strain scanning test. The storage modulus of the
vulcanizate increased with the increase of sulfur/accelerator dosage ratio, and the loss factor decreased. |
