Abstract: |
Taking the spoke-type non-pneumatic tire as an example,a three-dimensional finite element
model of the tire was established by using Abaqus software. Aiming at the vibration problem of the tire, the
vibration reduction analysis of the asymmetric arc spoke tire by cutting asymmetric arcs along the both side
edges of the spokes was carried out,and the mechanical properties and vibration analysis were compared with
those of the original spoke tire and the symmetric arc spoke tire with equal mass. The results showed that
the asymmetric arc spoke tire had greater stiffness and more uniform contact pressure distribution than the
symmetric arc spoke tire, and the frequency peak amplitude and root mean square value of the asymmetric
arc spoke tire were significantly smaller than those of the original spoke tire and symmetric arc spoke tire,
indicating that the asymmetrical arc structure on both side edges of the spokes could reduce the impact by
swinging deformation while ensuring the mechanical properties of the tire,so that the purpose of reducing
radial vibration of the tire was achieved. |
