Abstract:
      The vibration performance of the vibration reduction system of the optical platform directly affected the normal use of the test platform and its related instruments,and had a great impact on the test results.According to the requirements of the vibration reduction performance of the platform system,the theoretical calculation of the air spring design of the vibration reduction system was carried out to guide the design of the air spring.Through the simulation calculation of the air spring,the vibration of the scaled down platform system was tested and verified.The results showed that the vibration reduction system of the optical platform based on the air spring of this design could reduce the amplitude by more than 20 dB at medium and low frequencies,and the maximum equivalent stress of the limit column was 305.2 MPa,showing good vibration reduction performance.
