Abstract:
      Abstract:Taking the conical rubber spring produced by injection molding process as an example, the effect of vulcanization internal pressure on the appearance quality and physical properties of the conical rubber spring was studied. The results showed that,for the conical rubber spring vulcanization,if the amount of the compound increased,the vulcanization internal pressure increased,and the compression height and vertical stiffness of the conical rubber spring increased,but the excessive compound would affect the appearance. With the increase of vulcanization internal pressure,the flexural fatigue resistance,creep resistance,metal-rubber bonding strength of the conical rubber spring were improved,and the comprehensive performance was better.
