Abstract: |
The working cavity model of photocatalytic oxidation equipment was established and meshed by using ICEM CFD software, and the Do irradiation model of Ansys Fluent software was introduced to analyze the influence of ultraviolet light source( UV lamps) on the treatment efficiency of rubber mixing fume. The results showed that the arrangement of UV lamps would affect the uniformity of the irradiation intensity distribution in the working cavity,which would affect the treatment efficiency of the rubber mixing fume. Compared with the square arrangement of the UV lamps,the diamond arrangement of the UV lamps had higher irradiation intensity and better irradiation distribution uniformity in the working cavity,and its treatment efficiency of rubber mixing fume was higher. The simulation results could provide a reference for the design of photocatalytic oxidation equipment for rubber mixing fume in rubber plants. |
