Abstract:
NR compound was prepared by liquid phase lamination mixing process. The effect of silica/carbon black blending ratio on the properties of NR compound was studied, and compared with NR compound prepared by dry mixing process. The results showed that, with the increase of silica/carbon black blending ratio,FL and Fmax of NR compound with two mixing processes increased,t10 and t90 basically prolonged, and t90 of NR compound with liquid phase lamination mixing process was slightly shorter than that of NR compound with dry mixing process.Payne effect of NR compound with two mixing processes increased, and the filler dispersion effect became worse. The thermal conductivity of NR compound with two mixing processes showed a downward trend, and the thermal conductivity of NR compound with liquid phase lamination mixing process was better than that of NR compound with dry mixing process. The hardness, tensile strength and elongation at break of NR vulcanizate with two mixing processes generally showed a downward trend, the tear strength of NR vulcanizate with liquid phase lamination mixing process gradually decreased, and the tear strength of NR vulcanizate with dry mixing process first decreased, then increased and then decreased. The NR compound with dry mixing process was prone to porosity, the NR compound with liquid phase laminated mixing process had less bubbles, smaller carbon black agglomeration degree and more uniform dispersion.
