Abstract: |
The effect of steel ball size and filling amount on heat transfer enhancement by rubber cracking in rotary kiln was studied. The results showed that when the diameter of steel ball was 15 mm and the volume ratio (volume ratio of rubber) was 20%,the remaining solid mass of rubber cracking was the least, the heat transfer enhancement effect of rubber cracking was the best, the rubber cracking was the most full, and the coking inhibition effect of the inner wall of rotary kiln was good, and it was economical and feasible. |
