Abstract: |
Based on the Hallberg-Peck model, the accelerated aging test conditions of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber(EPDM) cushion blocks for automobile engine cover were studied.Using the natural exposure test data of the Hainan test site, the laboratory accelerated aging test conditions of the aging failure of EPDM cushion due to the precipitation of white matter(benzothiazole accelerator) were obtained, which was aging under the relative humidity of 95% and temperature of 70 ℃ for 168 h.It was verified that the accelerated aging test results under this condition were accurate. |
